Most furnace and AC replacements take 4 to 6 hours to complete. Heat pumps do usually take longer and run 6 to 8 hours on average. We can usually get installs scheduled and completed within 48 hours of the first call and we prioritize anyone with no heat in the winter and no cooling in the summer so we can usually do the next day.

We recommend you do it every 3 months. The cleaner the filter, the better the airflow, which keeps the system running efficiently.

No, we do not work on mobile homes.

Yes, we provide a 1 Year labor warranty with all new installations but we can cancel it under certain conditions. The home owner is reponsible for changing the air filters at least once every 3 months. It should be changed at the beginning of each season for best results. We will charge you a service call fee if your system has problems caused by a dirty air filter. We can void your labor warranty completely if you have any other company or person do work on the system.

If your having a problem with a unit we installed and it is still within your 1 year labor warranty then -- Call Us First / We Will Fix it Free --
Your Manufacturer Parts warranty will still be good even if we void the labor warranty but we can refuse to work on systems that someone else has worked on. We do not know what they could have done to the system or what problems they could have caused so call us first!

The AFUE is the most widely used measure of a boiler or furnace's heating efficiency. It measures the amount of heat actually delivered to your house compared to the amount of fuel that you must supply to the furnace. Thus, a furnace that has an 80% AFUE rating converts 80% of the fuel that you supply to heat -- the other 20% is lost out of the chimney.

A SEER rating, or Seasonal Energy Efficiency Ratio, measures how efficiently an air conditioner or heat pump cools your home over an entire cooling season. A higher SEER number means greater energy efficiency and lower monthly utility bills.

Newer equipment is listed under updated SEER2 guidelines with stricter testing. SEER2 uses a more realistic testing method that increases external static air pressure to mimic real-world ductwork conditions. Units rated under SEER2 show slightly lower numerical scores than old SEER ratings, but the equipment is just as efficient.
