Yes we do in some cities. Most cities now require a plumbers license or a seperate steam and hot water license which we do not have. Some cities still allow us to do the water heaters though so please call us to verify your cities current status.

No, we do not work on mobile homes.

We provide a 1 Year labor warranty with all new installations. The home owner is reponsible for changing the air filters at least once every 6 months. It should be changed at the beginning of each season for best results. We can void your labor warranty if you do not give some care to the appliance such as changing the air filters on a regular basis. We can also void your labor warranty if you have any other company or person do work to the appliance.

If your having a problem with a unit we installed and it is still within your 1 year labor warranty then -- Call Us First / We will fix it Free --
Your Manufacturer Parts warranty will still be good even if we void the labor warranty but we can refuse to work on neglected systems or systems that someone else has worked on. We do not know what they could have done to the units so call us first!

We only perform service work on units purchased and installed through us, so we are fully dedicated to customers purchasing new systems.

Furnaces on average last 20 years, but even if your old one seems to work okay, it might still be time to consider replacing it with a more efficient unit to save money over the long run and enjoy more comfort and quiet now.

The AFUE is the most widely used measure of a boiler or furnace's heating efficiency. It measures the amount of heat actually delivered to your house compared to the amount of fuel that you must supply to the furnace. Thus, a furnace that has an 80% AFUE rating converts 80% of the fuel that you supply to heat -- the other 20% is lost out of the chimney.

The efficiency with which central air conditioners and heat pumps produce cooling is most commonly rated according to their SEER, or Seasonal Energy Efficiency Rating. The higher the SEER, the higher the efficiency.

The 13 SEER is by far the most common ac unit you will find in Colorado. We only use our A/C systems for about 3 months out of the year so we dont save as much as people living in places like Texas or Las Vegas. They run their A/C systems for 9 or 10 months out of the year, day and night, so they save a lot more money than we do.
